RPB Advisors’ roots in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, date back to March of 1993. We were the first computer and Internet related business to be established here. Our early clients included many local businesses as well as the Village of Royal Palm Beach.

About Ron Tomchin

Ron Tomchin is the president and founder of RPB Advisors, Inc.

He is a member of the Royal Palm Beach Rotary Club where he serves as its webmaster. He is a board member and webmaster of My Brother’s/Sister’s Keeper Charitable Trust. He is a board member of Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County, Inc. and Chair of its Website Committee. He serves on the IT Academy Advisory Board of Palm Beach Central High School.

Ron is a board member and webmaster of Elite Networking Pros. He is a member of the Palms West Chamber of Commerce where he completed a six year term on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. He guided the technology growth of the Chamber from 1996 until term limited in 2009 and has earned the coveted President’s Choice award an unprecedented two times. He serves on the Technology, Economic Development and Marketing Committees and as an Ambassador.

About Kimari Rhoads

Kimari Rhoads is the Vice President of RPB Advisors, Inc. She shares the responsibilities for the day to day operations of the company. Kimari is an accomplished graphic artist and website developer.

She is a member of the Relay For Life of Wellington Committee and serves as its Online Chair. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Royal Palm Beach Youth Baseball League and is a past Board Member of the South Florida Mustang Club. Previously very active with the Boy Scouts of America, she is a former Weeblo Den Mother. She also participates each year with the Salvation Army “Adopt an Angel” program.

Kimari is a member of the Palms West Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Technology Committee and as an Ambassador.

About Philip Levine

Philip Levine is the Sales Engineer of RPB Advisors, Inc. He is an accomplished web developer and technical engineer.

He excels in web based programming languages as well as accounting, client relations, business processes and operations.

Philip is a member of the Palms West Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Technology Committee. He is a member of the Wellington Chamber YPO. He is a Vice President of Temple Beth Torah in Wellington, FL where he serves as their webmaster and has been actively involved with their financial, spiritual and educational components.
